A Impacta foi fundada em 2015 pela economista, historiadora e advogada Daniela Castro, depois de anos de sólida experiência em cargos de liderança no setor privado, público e terceiro, no Brasil e internacionalmente. Daniela tem no seu currículo conquistas de alto impacto social e, à frente da Impacta, entregou projetos de relevância nacional, trazendo legado positivo para o país, amparada por equipes-satélite dedicadas, designadas para cada projeto, de acordo com suas especificidades.
